For Fabric Buyers & Sourcing Managers

Stop losing half your
sourcing intelligence
after every show.

Your team walks three days of Première Vision. Logs 40 buyer meetings. Scans 200 fabrics. Without a system, half that intelligence is gone by Monday morning. DenimNotes captures it in real time — offline, in seconds, from the floor.

From the booth
to the briefing room

Three steps that replace the notebook, the business card pile, and the WhatsApp threads.

01
Point. Scan. Move on.
Point your camera at any hang tag — DenimNotes reads the article number, composition, weight in oz, and wash code in under 2 seconds. Add a voice note while the mill rep is still talking. Shortlist or pass. The whole capture takes under 10 seconds. No typing. No internet.
↳ On-device OCR · Works fully offline · iOS & Android
02
Log the meeting before you leave the booth.
Tap record. Speak naturally — who you met, which articles you discussed, price levels, MOQ, follow-up actions. The AI structures this into a meeting record linked to the fabrics you scanned. By the time you're at the next booth, it's already filed.
↳ Voice-to-text · AI-structured · Linked to captures
03
Ask your moodboard anything. Send the PDF.
Back at the hotel: ask "Which rigid fabrics under $3 from Turkish mills did I shortlist?" and get an instant answer across your whole show history. Send a professional sample request PDF to the mill before you've even left the venue. Brief PD on Monday with a structured handoff — not a bag of swatches.
↳ AI recall · PDF in one tap · Structured briefing for PD & R&D

Everything a sourcing
manager actually needs

🏷️
Hang tag OCR — 2 seconds
Article number, composition, weight, wash code — read from any hang tag, woven label, or spec sheet. No typing. Even in low light, even offline.
🎤
Voice-to-meeting notes
Record your buyer instinct while it's fresh. AI transcribes and structures it into a searchable meeting record — linked to every article you discussed.
🧠
AI recall across all shows
"What did I shortlist from Soorty at Kingpins last season?" — answered instantly. Your entire capture history is queryable in plain language.
📁
Moodboard by season, brand & sub-brand
Filter by stretch, construction, shade, or show. Your moodboard builds itself as you capture — sorted exactly the way you work.
📄
PDF sample request from the floor
Send a professional sample request to the mill before you leave the booth. Article number, composition, quantity, your contact details — one tap.
🔗
Connect mills & makers privately
Invite the mill to collaborate on your shortlist. They see what you selected — never your price. Nominate fabric to your maker in one tap. Every handoff is structured.

Things buyers actually ask

What shows does DenimNotes work at?
Any show with a hang tag — Kingpins Amsterdam, Kingpins New York, Première Vision Paris, Munich Fabric Start, Denim PV, Intertextile Shanghai, Heimtextil, Texworld, Colombiatex, and Milano Unica. It also works at showroom visits and factory meetings — anywhere you need to capture a fabric or log a conversation.
Does it work for wovens, knits, and trims — not just denim?
Yes. The name reflects where DenimNotes was born — Kingpins Amsterdam — but the OCR engine reads any hang tag: composition, weight, wash code, article number. It's been used at Première Vision for wovens, knits, and technical fabrics. If there's a hang tag, it works.
How is this different from just taking photos on my phone?
Photos are unstructured data. A folder of 200 photos from PV is unsearchable, can't be queried by AI, can't be shared with a maker as a structured brief, and doesn't link to the meeting where the fabric was discussed. DenimNotes turns every capture into a structured record — article number extracted, composition parsed, voice note transcribed, meeting linked — so it's actually usable when you're back in the office.
Can my whole team use it at the same show?
Yes. Team workspaces let multiple buyers capture to a shared moodboard. Useful when your team splits across halls — everyone sees every capture in real time (when connected) or synced at end of day.
What does it cost?
DenimNotes is free for early access users — get in via the waitlist. Umer personally onboards every early user to make sure the workflow fits. Enterprise pricing for teams is available on request.
